Platinum Healthcare's travel nurses enjoy shared accommodation at a beautiful furnished apartment which includes all basic utilities. You may also upgrade to private accommodations for a small surcharge if you wish. Chosen for their excellent neighborhoods, proximity to the hospital and amenities, the housing is of the highest caliber available. Whether traveling with a family member, a pet, or if you have a special housing need, we will do our best to provide accommodations to meet your specific request. Our staff will take care of all the details but of course, if you would like to arrange your own accommodations, Platinum Healthcare will provide you with a generous housing allowance to make it possible.

Travel Reimbursement

We offer a generous reimbursement for round-trip travel, tax-exempt and is based on actual mileage traveled to and from the assignment. No receipts are necessary and it will be paid to you half with your first paycheck and half upon completion of the assignment.

Health Insurance

Platinum Healthcare offers a comprehensive health insurance plan that includes medical, dental, life, vision discount program, and prescription coverage. Platinum Healthcare has a Basic Coverage Plan with a high deductible, as well as a Premium PPO plan. Platinum Healthcare pays most of your premiums and the remainder is deducted from your paycheck. Dependent coverage is also available under both of Platinum Healthcare’s group policies.

Professional Liability & Worker's Compensation Insurance

Platinum Healthcare pays 100% of your Professional Liability & Worker’s Compensation Insurance. If you have been injured on the job, please download the Worker's Compensation Claim Form and fax it in to Platinum Healthcare immediately.

Additional insurances that can be purchased by the employee at Platinum Healthcare’s preferred rates

• Additional vision insurance for coverage on eye exams, frames, lenses, contacts, and Lasik
• Short Term Disability insurance.
• Long Term Disability insurance.

Licensure Reimbursement

PPR will reimburse you for all of the expenses related to obtaining state licensure for your assignment. You are reimbursed your very first week of work.
